Terms of Service

By using IQ Factura ("Service") you agree to these terms. The service is provided by Bogdan Sokolov, NIF Z1894474S, Spain.

1. Account

You authenticate via email and a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure.

2. Plans & billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe. Cancellation stops future charges; already-billed periods are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Your responsibility

You confirm the accuracy of emitter and counterparty data, applicable IVA/IRPF rates and the legal validity of each issued invoice in your jurisdiction. We provide tools — you remain the legally responsible issuer.

4. Acceptable use

No fraud, money laundering, or use of the service to issue false invoices. We may suspend accounts for breach.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance where possible.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for tax penalties caused by data you entered.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We retain invoice records for the mandatory 6 years.

8. Law & jurisdiction

Spanish law applies. Courts of Oviedo (Asturias) have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rules.
